Where should the requested video be hosted?
Anywhere really (youtube, google video, metacafe, dailymotion, etc)
How do I pay for translations? Is it safe?
We ONLY accept PayPal. It is one of the most secure methods of payment on the web.
How long will it take me to receive the link for the subtitled video?
Anywhere between 24 to 48 hrs. Usually sent the next day.
What if I don’t want the whole video subtitled? Can you subtitle just certain parts of videos?
If you do not want subtitles for THE WHOLE video submitted, make a note about it in the submit form. Specify what YOU will like to get subtitled. For example, you submit a video link for a 5 minute video along with a note: subs from :45 to 2:45. We will add subtitles only to those 2 minutes of video.

Also, remember that we are also human. This is not an automated system. We review each submission personally and reply with a confirmation and the total price for the project. .. based on video length requested. If you still have more questions or specifications you can email us back and we’ll gladly answer to your concerns. You are not obligated to make any sort of payment AT ALL until you are ready to go ahead with the subtitling. We won’t start translations until the agreed amount has been covered. Said that, we welcome all your questions, price quotes and comments.
